    HELP! What's the deal with my camera and the lighting????? UUUUGGGHHHH!

    not enough light for such a camera. if you would have had her face the open window, or turned on the lights in the room it would have helped, but the camera has limitations it seems.

    The facial features are lost in the shadowing.

    The image appears to be shadowy and I would recommend more light on her face.
